1. Nothing is charged during the beta
VeriOne is currently a free controlled beta. Checkout is closed, no payment provider is connected, and no card or billing details are collected. Because no money changes hands, no refund can arise.
2. When paid plans launch
If and when paid reports or subscriptions become available, the price, billing terms and the refund rules that apply will be presented to you clearly before you buy anything. Nothing on this site today constitutes an offer to sell.
3. Prices shown on the site
Any prices shown on the Pricing page are indicative previews of future plans. They cannot be purchased today.
4. Unexpected charges
You should never see a VeriOne charge on a statement during the beta. If you do, email legal@verione.ai immediately and we will investigate.
