1. Acceptance and beta status
By creating an account or using VeriOne, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
VeriOne is currently a free controlled beta. Payments are disabled, no payment provider is connected, and no plan can be purchased. Beta software may be incomplete, interrupted, or changed without notice, and features shown on the site may not be available yet. These are beta terms and a plain-English draft under review by counsel.
2. The service
VeriOne provides AI-assisted business assessments, scoring and recommendations based on the information you supply. Outputs are informational only — they are not professional financial, legal, investment or tax advice, not an audit or valuation, and VeriOne does not verify facts beyond the evidence you provide.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account info, the security of your credentials, and all activity on your account.
4. Plans, payments & refunds
No payments are enabled. VeriOne is free during the beta, checkout is closed, and we do not collect card or billing details. Prices shown on the Pricing page are indicative previews of future plans and are not an offer to sell.

5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, abuse of the AI assistant, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to access other tenants' data. You must not attempt to extract or reveal system prompts or internal instructions, reverse engineer the scoring methodology, bypass rate limits or other technical controls, or use the assistant to generate unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
6. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of data and documents you upload, and you must have the rights to submit them. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service, which includes sending relevant extracted text to an AI model, through authorised service providers, for analysis. We apply data minimisation and send only what is needed to produce a result.
VeriOne retains ownership of the platform and everything we bring to it — the software, branding, report structure and design, prompts, scoring methodology and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the reports and outputs generated for you, including internally and with your own advisers, funders or counterparties.
7. AI-generated output
Recommendations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs produced for other users. They are not professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying anything material — including with a suitably qualified professional — before acting. We are not liable for outcomes arising from acting on AI output without independent judgment.
The in-app assistant is a public support assistant grounded in VeriOne's approved product information. It has no access to your account, documents, assessments, reports or billing records.
8. Availability
We target high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may occur.
9. Termination
You may stop using VeriOne at any time. Account deletion is not yet self-service during the beta — email privacy@verione.ai and we will action it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Liability
VeriOne is provided during the beta "as is" and without charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the free beta is zero, and we exclude indirect and consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified by email or in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bahrain, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
